How do I return an item?
Returning an item is easy ! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and the item is unused, unmarked and has the original packaging, please contact us within 30 days for a return authorization at email@example.com
In the rare event that you received a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days and we will make sure your item is replaced or purchase refunded in a speedy manner.
Company will pay any return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Customer must pay shipping as a result of their own error (ex: wrong size).
We will not accept returns or exchanges for certain items under any circumstances, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Any "Final Sale" items as marked on the Website.
